Cronos Group is a Consumer Technology and Communication Service Company that opened its European HQ in Barcelona, a year ago to serve all the international market. 

We are in the process of developing different mobile apps and since the design of a great UI/UX is our key factor of success, we are in search for an outstanding Web Designer with the expertise and skills to consolidate the existing screen layout and to create a consistent corporate design and style guide for the app creation process.

The designer must be a team player, working with executive management yet independent and self-motivated. A strategic thinker with demonstrated success in problem solving and a proven track record in leading multiple detailed projects from initiation to completion in a fast pace deadline-driven environment.

Job Description

You will be responsible for creating the look, layout and features of different websites and mobile apps.

Duties include:

  • UX design, test, and trouble-shoot of new websites and microsites.
  • Perform majorwebsite revisions utilizing a variety of content management and web design software systems.
  • Layout websites according with HTML5 and CSS3 standards.
  • Optimize site navigation and graphic user interfaces.
  • Design and produce a wide variety of graphics for use on web sites and in affiliated e-mail campaigns (i.e., web graphics, web ads, videos, etc.).
  • Protect site by designing and installing security precautions.
  • Maintain sites appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards; edit submissions.

Minimum Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Web Design or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
  • Must have an understanding of all elements and best practices of digital media including user experience, usability, and creative design.
  • Proven experience using graphics and web development tools including Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Studio, Acrobat, Director, Justinmind, Fireworks, Balsamiq or Axure
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks and handle a fast paced environment
